1. If you’ve paid with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Play:
You’ll find a link to your Customer Portal in the confirmation email sent to your inbox after payment. Use that link to cancel your subscription. Specify the reason for canceling, then click Submit. Once completed, the auto-renewal for your subscription will be canceled, and no further charges will be applied.
2. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial via an app distribution platform (App Store, Google Play, etc.):
You can cancel your subscription via the platform directly. If you subscribed to Chaticon via iTunes, contact Apple (refund requests are typically honored within 30 days of purchase at Apple’s discretion). If you subscribed to Chaticon via Google Play, follow these instructions.
