1. If you’ve paid with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
You’ll find a link to your Customer Portal in the confirmation email sent to your inbox after payment. Use that link to cancel your subscription. Specify the reason for canceling, then click Submit. Once completed, the auto-renewal for your subscription will be canceled, and no further charges will be applied.
2. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial via an app distribution platform (App Store, Google Play, etc.)
You can cancel your subscription via the platform directly.
- If you subscribed to Dawn via the App Store, follow Apple’s subscription cancellation steps. Refund requests are typically honored within 30 days of purchase, at Apple’s discretion.
- If you subscribed to Dawn via Google Play, follow Google’s subscription cancellation steps.
Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
